Do you send cards globally?
Yes! We can send a card anywhere in the world with a valid delivery address. The recipient will receive it to whatever address it is sent to, whether that is a physical home or apartment address, a business address, or even a PO box.
How long will it take for the recipient to receive the card?
Our cards are delivered primarily by the United States Postal Service. Cards within the United states may take 7-10 business days. For other international destinations, estimated delivery time would take 7-21 business days.
During checkout, you'll have the option to choose a preferred delivery date if you have a specific timeframe in mind but you have to consider the delivery time frame.
Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
Once an order has been placed and customization has begun, it may not be possible to make changes. However, if you need to modify your order, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible at sendandsurprise@gmail.com.
We'll do our best to assist you, but please note that changes may not always be feasible.
What if I encounter issues with the customized card when received?
If you experience any concerns or issues with the customized card you've received, please contact our customer support team within seven [7] days of receiving your order. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will work to address any problems promptly. Keep in mind that personalized items cannot be returned for a refund, as mentioned in our refund policy.
